E-commerce ERP for online and Facebook sellers in Bangladesh
Run a website whose cart, checkout, orders, wishlist and reviews come from the ERP. Abandoned carts are listed for follow-up, and the homepage builder manages banners, sections and category menus.
Selling on Facebook works until it does not scale. Orders arrive as comments and messages, someone copies them into a sheet, stock is checked by memory, and two people occasionally sell the same last item.
Moving to your own storefront does not mean abandoning the Facebook channel, it means giving the orders somewhere to land. The catalogue, the stock, the customer record and the courier booking all sit in one place, and the page becomes one way in rather than the whole system.
What goes wrong for online sellers
Everyday problems in this trade, from the industry guide.
-
Orders scattered across Messenger and Sheets
Every order is copied from a chat into a spreadsheet by hand. Addresses are wrong, phone numbers are mistyped, and when two people update the sheet at once, an order is quietly lost.
-
COD statements never reconcile
The courier pays out in lumps days after delivery. Matching each parcel to a payout, less charges and returns, takes an evening a week and the difference is usually written off as a mystery.
-
Returned parcels eat the margin
Customers refuse delivery or do not answer the phone. Return parcels come back weeks later, are not counted back into stock, and the delivery charge has been paid twice for nothing.
-
Fake and duplicate orders
Without an SMS or call confirmation, a share of orders are never real. They are packed, shipped and returned, and the courier fee is lost each time along with the packing.
Your own storefront on the ERP

What you get
The parts of E-commerce that matter most here.
-
Headless storefront API
Authentication, cart, wishlist, compare, checkout, orders, categories, brands, search, newsletter, notifications, loyalty, referral, product requests, pre-orders and reviews are all served from one documented API, so your storefront always shows the ERP's live price and stock.
-
Website order management
Website orders move through processing, billing, shipped and delivered tabs. Staff edit quantities, hold, cancel, refund or mark an order failed, print the order sheet, and export the list for the day's dispatch.
-
Stock reservation at checkout
Items in a cart are held against available stock so two customers cannot buy the last unit. Holds expire automatically if the customer walks away, and billing deducts real inventory, including serial numbers for serialised items.
-
SSLCommerz and COD payments
Checkout offers cash on delivery and SSLCommerz online payment, which carries bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, cards and bank transfer. Payments are validated against SSLCommerz, IPN callbacks are verified, and refunds can be issued from the ERP.
-
Loyalty, referral and coupons
Loyalty points, referral codes with a withdrawable balance, coupons and cart rewards apply at checkout, and the same customer record carries over to the counter. Customers see their points and orders in their account dashboard.
-
Pre-orders and product requests
Take pre-orders for items that are not yet in stock, let customers request products you do not list, and let them subscribe to restock alerts for sold-out items. Abandoned carts are listed so staff can follow up by phone.
A working day for online sellers
The sequence this trade actually runs, from the industry guide.
-
Order arrives from page or website
Website orders land in the ERP automatically. Messenger orders are keyed in by staff with the customer's name, phone number and delivery address.
-
Confirm by SMS or call
An order placed SMS goes out, staff confirm doubtful orders by phone, and confirmed orders move to packing with stock reserved against them.
-
Pack and book the courier
Shipments are created against orders. Steadfast bookings go through its API; for Pathao, Paperfly or CarryBee the consignment number is entered by hand. The tracking reference is stored on the order.
-
Deliver and update the customer
Tracking status updates the order and a delivery SMS goes to the customer. Refused parcels are marked for return so they are expected back.
-
Reconcile COD and returns
Courier statements are uploaded and matched to delivered orders in courier payments, charges are recorded, and returned parcels are checked back into stock.
Questions
Answered plainly, including where the answer is no.
Do I have to stop selling on Facebook?
No. Orders taken on Messenger can be recorded as sales in the ERP so they use the same stock, customer records and courier booking. The storefront gives those orders a home; it does not replace the channel.
How are online payments taken?
Through SSLCommerz, which carries cards, bank and the mobile financial services including bKash and Nagad, alongside cash on delivery. There is no direct merchant integration with bKash.
