What actually drives ERP price in Bangladesh

Number of users and outlets
Most vendors, including us, price by active users and locations. A three-counter shop and a twelve-branch distributor need different things.
Modules you switch on
Accounting, sales and inventory are the core. HR and payroll, POS, e-commerce, courier and asset management are added when you need them.
Data migration
Bringing opening balances, item masters and party ledgers from Tally, Excel or a previous system is real work. We scope it up front.
Customisation
A report, a document format, or an integration specific to your business is priced as a small project with a fixed quote.
Hosting choice
Our cloud includes hosting, backups and updates. On-premise deployment shifts server costs to you and adds a setup fee.
Training and support
Onboarding in Bangla for your staff and a support agreement are part of every quote. Industry blogs put licence fees at only 15 to 35 percent of first-year ERP cost, and that matches what we see.

Pricing questions

Why is there no price list on this page?

Because a number without scope misleads. Two shops with the same headcount can need very different setups. We reply to every request within one working day with a written quote in BDT that covers licence, implementation, training and support, so you can compare like with like.

Is SORS ERP priced per user or per module?

Both matter. Plans are sized by active users and locations, and the modules you switch on set the tier. You are not charged for modules you do not use.

Are implementation and training included?

Yes. Every quote includes setup, data import from Excel or your previous system, and onboarding sessions in Bangla or English for your staff.

Can we start small and add modules later?

Yes. Modules are switched on per tenant. Many customers start with accounting, sales and inventory and add POS, payroll or e-commerce in later months.

Do you offer on-premise deployment?

Yes. SORS ERP is a standard web application and can run on a server you control. A setup fee applies, and updates are delivered as releases you can schedule.

Is there a free trial?

We run a live demo on your own sample data instead of a self-serve trial, because an ERP only makes sense once your items, parties and VAT setup are in it. The demo takes about 30 minutes.
