What is included
- Standard reports per module
- Ready-made reports for sales, purchases, inventory, accounting, POS, HR and expenses: stock status, purchase status, attendance summary, headcount, leave, overtime, payroll summary, punctuality and more, each with filters, date ranges and export.
- Custom report builder
- Choose a data source, pick columns, add filters, group and order the rows, and save the definition. Run it any time with new dates, share it with colleagues, and export the result to CSV, Excel or PDF.
- Report library and presets
- Saved reports live in a library organised by category. Presets store a report's filters, so the month-end sales summary, the weekly stock-out list and the daily collection sheet run with one click by anyone with permission.
- Scheduled delivery
- Schedule a report daily, weekly, monthly or on a custom interval, and deliver it by email to a list of recipients, to the dashboard or as a download. Last run time and status are shown so a silent failure is noticed.
- Excel and PDF export
- Every report exports to CSV, Excel or PDF. Export history records who exported what, in which format and when, which matters when a VAT officer or auditor asks where a figure came from and which file they were given.
- Report access logs
- Reports contain salary, margin and customer data. Access logs record which user opened which report and when, so sensitive reports can be limited by role and reviewed later, alongside the activity log every module already keeps.
- Dashboard widgets and KPIs
- Define KPI metrics with a data source, calculation method, target, unit, frequency and low and high alert thresholds, then place them as widgets on the dashboard. Analytics views compare periods so trends show without a spreadsheet.
- AI-assisted reporting agents
- Ask for a sales, accounting, purchase, inventory, POS, HR, marketing or expense report for a period and an AI agent queries your data and returns totals, top items, comparisons with the previous period and plain-language insights.
- Serial and product search
- Advanced search takes a serial number or an item and shows where it was purchased, which godown holds it, and to whom it was sold and delivered. It is the fastest way to answer a warranty question on the phone.

Owners in Bangladesh run their business from a phone. The dashboard and reports are responsive, so today's sales by outlet, cash in hand and due collection can be checked from Uttara traffic on an Android phone, without asking the accountant to send a screenshot.
Month-end here means the Mushak 9.1 return, the salary sheet and the bank reconciliation, all at once. Scheduled reports put sales, purchase, aged receivables and payroll summaries in the accountant's inbox on the dates they are needed, and export history shows exactly which file was handed to the auditor.

Can reports be emailed automatically?
Yes. Schedule a saved report daily, weekly, monthly or on a custom interval and deliver it by email to one or more recipients, to the dashboard or as a download. Each schedule shows its next run, last run and last status.
What does AI-assisted reporting actually do?
Reporting agents for accounting, sales, purchase, inventory, POS, HR, marketing and expenses take a module and a period, query your own data, and return a structured report with totals, top items, a comparison with the previous period and insights. It is a reporting tool, not a chatbot, and it only reads your tenant's data.
Which export formats are supported?
CSV, Excel (xlsx) and PDF. Standard reports, custom reports and presets all export, and the export history keeps a record of each file, its format and who generated it.
Can I restrict who sees salary or margin reports?
Yes. Reports follow the same role-based permissions as the rest of SORS ERP, so a counter user cannot open payroll or profit reports. Report access logs additionally record who viewed which report and when.
Do I still need Excel?
Probably, for one-off analysis, and every report exports to Excel for that reason. What you no longer need is Excel as the system of record: the numbers come from the same ledger and stock that produced the invoices, so there is nothing to reconcile.
