Where this matters most

SORS ERP CRM starts with a record that is already filled in. Every invoice, POS sale, online order, return and payment attaches to the customer, so the profile shows what they bought, what they owe and when they last visited without anyone updating a spreadsheet. Customer types and segments group them for pricing and outreach.

Loyalty is built in rather than bolted on. Points accrue on purchases at the counter and online, tiers carry benefits, points expire on a schedule you set and customers redeem them as a payment method at POS. Bulk awards let you thank a segment after Eid or launch a scheme for a new outlet in an afternoon.

Reaching customers uses the channels they actually read. SMS campaigns go through local gateways with Bangla Unicode handled, WhatsApp broadcasts use approved templates, and email campaigns and automated notifications cover order and payment events. Flash sales and abandoned cart follow-ups close the loop with the online store.

How it works

From first purchase to repeat sale

every sale Customer profile type, segment grouped Purchase history POS and online targeted Segment rules, tiers brings back Campaign SMS, WhatsApp redeemed Loyalty points earn, redeem Repeat sale counter or web
Each customer profile accumulates purchase history from POS and online, segments group customers by type and spend, campaigns reach them by SMS, WhatsApp or email, loyalty points reward the return visit and the repeat sale updates the profile.

What is included

Customer profile and history
One page per customer with contact details, type, segment, loyalty balance, dues and every invoice, POS receipt, online order and return, so a phone call is answered from the record rather than from memory.
Customer types and segments
Group customers into types such as retail, wholesale or corporate, and define segments with rules on customer type and minimum purchase. Types and segments drive price tiers and campaign target lists.
Loyalty points and tiers
Set how points are earned and what each point is worth, define tiers with benefits, set expiry in days and a minimum redemption. Customers redeem points as a payment method at the counter.
Bulk points award
Award points to a whole customer type, segment or list at once for a festival campaign or a service recovery, with the reason recorded on every loyalty transaction for later review.
Coupons per customer
Issue coupon codes with value, limits and validity, assign them to specific customers or campaigns, and track redemption on invoices and at POS so a code is never used twice by mistake.
SMS campaigns
Send promotional or informational SMS to a filtered customer list, schedule the send and watch delivery counts. Bangladeshi gateways such as Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink and SSL Wireless are supported, with Bangla Unicode encoding handled.
WhatsApp broadcasts
Broadcast approved WhatsApp message templates with variables to a customer list, keep message history and review delivery. Useful for order updates and offers where SMS gets ignored.
Email campaigns and templates
Build email templates, plan campaigns with an audience, dates, budget and goal, and track metrics. Automated notifications send order and payment emails without staff involvement.
Flash sales and abandoned carts
Run time-boxed flash sales on the storefront and follow up abandoned carts from the same module, so online browsers become buyers and a forgotten cart gets a nudge.

In Bangladesh

Repeat business in Bangladesh is personal. The shop owner knows the customer by name, what they bought last Eid and that they pay by bKash. SORS ERP keeps that memory when the shop grows past the owner, with purchase history, dues and loyalty on one profile that any staff member can open.

SMS still reaches everyone, and WhatsApp reaches most. Campaigns go out through Bangladeshi gateways with Bangla Unicode handled, and OTP and transactional templates share the same setup. Facebook pixel and Google Analytics IDs can be attached to campaigns so the F-commerce side can be measured against the sales they bring.

Loyalty here works when it is simple: points on every purchase, a tier that earns a small benefit, and redemption at the counter without a plastic card. That is how SORS ERP loyalty is built, and it works the same for the POS outlet and the online store.

Frequently asked questions

Does it have a loyalty points program?

Yes. You set how points are earned and their value, define tiers with benefits, set expiry days and a minimum redemption, and customers redeem points as a payment method at POS. Points can be awarded in bulk to a whole segment.

Can I send SMS to my customers from the ERP?

Yes. SMS campaigns go to a filtered customer list through Bangladeshi gateways such as Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, SSL Wireless and others, with Bangla Unicode messages handled. You connect your own gateway account in settings.

Does it support WhatsApp marketing?

Yes. The WhatsApp module sends approved message templates with variables as broadcasts to a customer list and keeps message history. It connects to the WhatsApp Business platform through the Meta API or Twilio, so templates are approved there before a broadcast.

Can I see everything a customer has bought?

Yes. The customer profile lists every invoice, POS sale, online order, return and payment with dates and amounts, plus outstanding dues and loyalty balance. Purchase history is also searchable across customers by item and period.

Can I give different customers different prices?

Yes. Customer types and segments link to price tiers in the pricing module, so a wholesale customer sees trade prices on invoices and at the counter while retail customers pay list price. Coupons add a one-off discount on top.

Is there a customer mobile app?

No. Customers interact through your storefront website, which installs as a PWA on their phone, and through SMS, WhatsApp and email. There is no separate native app for customers or staff.
