Who we are

SORS Technology ("we") operates this website and the SORS ERP software. You can reach us at hello@sorstechnology.com.

What we collect on this website

When you request a demo, ask for a quote or contact us, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, business name, mobile number, email address if given, business type and size, the modules you are interested in, your message and your preferred language. We also record the page you sent the form from, the referring site, any campaign tags in the address, your country and city as reported by our hosting provider, and a one-way hash of your network address used only to limit abuse. We do not store your raw network address.

If we enable analytics, we use privacy-respecting Cloudflare Web Analytics and may use Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. Where those tools set cookies, they are used to measure how the site is used and how our campaigns perform.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you, arrange a demo and prepare a quote.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries.
  • To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare's network, may be emailed to our sales team, and may be forwarded to our own customer records system. Access is limited to staff who need it to respond to you.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a customer, in which case the details form part of your customer record.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry details at any time by emailing hello@sorstechnology.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser.

Data inside SORS ERP

Business data you enter into SORS ERP as a customer (accounts, stock, employees, customers) belongs to you and is governed by your subscription agreement, not by this website policy. Each customer's data is held in a separate tenant with role-based access, encrypted in transit, backed up and monitored, and can be exported by you at any time.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the last update at the top.
