মডিউল টেন্যান্ট অনুযায়ী নিয়ন্ত্রিত, তাই অ্যাড-অন ইনস্টল করতে হয় না, চালু করে দেওয়া হয়। প্রতিটির দাম আপনার প্ল্যানের সাথে জানানো হয়, আর আপনার প্ল্যানে যা আগেই আছে তার জন্য দুবার টাকা নেওয়া হয় না।

বাংলাদেশে ইআরপির দাম আসলে কীসে নির্ভর করে

ইউজার ও আউটলেটের সংখ্যা
আমরাসহ অধিকাংশ ভেন্ডর সক্রিয় ইউজার ও লোকেশন অনুযায়ী দাম ধরে। ৩ কাউন্টারের একটি দোকান আর ১২ শাখার একটি ডিস্ট্রিবিউটরের দরকার আলাদা।
যে মডিউলগুলো চালু করবেন
হিসাব, বিক্রি ও ইনভেন্টরি মূল ভিত্তি। এইচআর ও পে-রোল, পিওএস, ই-কমার্স, কুরিয়ার ও অ্যাসেট ম্যানেজমেন্ট যখন দরকার তখন যোগ করা হয়।
ডেটা মাইগ্রেশন
Tally, Excel বা আগের সিস্টেম থেকে ওপেনিং ব্যালেন্স, আইটেম মাস্টার ও পার্টি লেজার নিয়ে আসা সত্যিকারের কাজ। আমরা শুরুতেই এর পরিধি ঠিক করি।
কাস্টমাইজেশন
আপনার ব্যবসার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট কোনো রিপোর্ট, ডকুমেন্ট ফরম্যাট বা ইন্টিগ্রেশনের দাম ধরা হয় নির্দিষ্ট কোটেশনসহ একটি ছোট প্রজেক্ট হিসেবে।

ট্রেনিং ও সাপোর্ট
আপনার কর্মীদের জন্য বাংলায় অনবোর্ডিং এবং একটি সাপোর্ট চুক্তি প্রতিটি কোটেশনের অংশ। ইন্ডাস্ট্রি ব্লগগুলোর হিসাবে প্রথম বছরের ইআরপি খরচের মাত্র ১৫ থেকে ৩৫ শতাংশ লাইসেন্স ফি, এবং আমরাও তা-ই দেখি।

মূল্য নিয়ে প্রশ্ন

এই পাতায় কেন কোনো মূল্য তালিকা নেই?

কারণ পরিধি ছাড়া একটি অঙ্ক বিভ্রান্ত করে। একই সংখ্যার কর্মী নিয়েও দুটি দোকানের সেটআপ খুব আলাদা হতে পারে। প্রতিটি অনুরোধের উত্তর আমরা এক কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে দেই, টাকায় লেখা কোটেশনসহ, যাতে লাইসেন্স, ইমপ্লিমেন্টেশন, ট্রেনিং ও সাপোর্ট থাকে, যেন আপনি সমানে সমানে তুলনা করতে পারেন।

চারটি প্ল্যানের মধ্যে পার্থক্য কী?

সক্ষমতা আর মডিউল। Starter একটি দোকানের জন্য, মূল হিসাব, বিক্রি, ক্রয় ও স্টক নিয়ে। Business-এ যোগ হয় পিওএস কাউন্টার, সিরিয়াল ও ব্যাচ ট্র্যাকিং, পূর্ণ হিসাব ও রিপোর্ট বিল্ডার, দুই বা তিন আউটলেটের জন্য। Professional-এ যোগ হয় পে-রোল, অ্যাসেট, আরএমএ, কুরিয়ার ও একটি স্টোরফ্রন্ট, চেইন বা ডিস্ট্রিবিউটরের জন্য। Enterprise-এ সীমা উঠে যায় এবং মাল্টি-কোম্পানি কনসোলিডেশন যোগ হয়। মুশক ভ্যাট চারটিতেই আছে।

ছোট প্ল্যানে শুধু একটি মডিউল, যেমন পে-রোল, নেওয়া যায়?

হ্যাঁ। মডিউল টেন্যান্ট অনুযায়ী নিয়ন্ত্রিত, তাই পে-রোল, কুরিয়ার, স্টোরফ্রন্ট এপিআই, অ্যাসেট ম্যানেজমেন্ট, আরএমএ ও ড্যাশবোর্ড যে প্ল্যানে অন্তর্ভুক্ত তার নিচেও অ্যাড-অন হিসেবে চালু করা যায়, এবং দাম আপনার প্ল্যানের সাথেই জানানো হয়। আপনার প্ল্যানে যা আগেই আছে তার জন্য দুবার টাকা নেওয়া হয় না, আর এ কারণেই তিনটি অ্যাড-অন জোড়া দেওয়ার চেয়ে এক ধাপ উপরের প্ল্যান নেওয়া প্রায়ই সুবিধার হয়।

প্ল্যানের সীমা ছাড়িয়ে গেলে কী হয়?

আমরা প্ল্যান বদলে দেই, যা মাইগ্রেশন নয়, শুধু একটি সেটিং: আপনার ডেটা, ইউজার ও ইতিহাস যেখানে আছে সেখানেই থাকে। আপাতত উপরের প্ল্যানে যেতে না চাইলে বর্তমান প্ল্যানেই একটি একটি করে বাড়তি শাখা, কাউন্টার, গুদাম ও লগইন যোগ করা যায়।

SORS ERP-এর দাম ইউজার প্রতি না মডিউল প্রতি?

দুটোই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। প্ল্যানের আকার ঠিক হয় সক্রিয় ইউজার ও লোকেশন অনুযায়ী, আর আপনি যে মডিউলগুলো চালু করেন তা টিয়ার নির্ধারণ করে। যে মডিউল ব্যবহার করেন না, তার জন্য টাকা নেওয়া হয় না।

ইমপ্লিমেন্টেশন ও ট্রেনিং অন্তর্ভুক্ত?

হ্যাঁ। প্রতিটি কোটেশনে সেটআপ, Excel বা আপনার আগের সিস্টেম থেকে ডেটা ইমপোর্ট, এবং আপনার কর্মীদের জন্য বাংলা বা ইংরেজিতে অনবোর্ডিং সেশন অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে।

ছোট করে শুরু করে পরে মডিউল যোগ করা যায়?

হ্যাঁ। মডিউল টেন্যান্ট অনুযায়ী চালু করা হয়। অনেক কাস্টমার হিসাব, বিক্রি ও ইনভেন্টরি দিয়ে শুরু করেন এবং পরের মাসগুলোতে পিওএস, পে-রোল বা ই-কমার্স যোগ করেন।

আপনারা অন-প্রিমাইজ ডিপ্লয়মেন্ট দেন?

হ্যাঁ। SORS ERP একটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ওয়েব অ্যাপ্লিকেশন এবং আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রণে থাকা সার্ভারে চলতে পারে। একটি সেটআপ ফি প্রযোজ্য, এবং আপডেট আসে রিলিজ হিসেবে, যা আপনি নিজের সুবিধামতো সময়ে বসাতে পারেন।

ফ্রি ট্রায়াল আছে?

সেলফ-সার্ভ ট্রায়ালের বদলে আমরা আপনার নিজের নমুনা ডেটায় লাইভ ডেমো করি, কারণ আপনার আইটেম, পার্টি ও ভ্যাট সেটআপ ভেতরে না থাকলে একটি ইআরপি অর্থবহ হয় না। ডেমোতে প্রায় ৩০ মিনিট লাগে।
