Pathao courier with SORS ERP
Pathao is set up as a courier with manual consignment entry, and its cash on delivery is reconciled by uploading the settlement statement.
Pathao Courier is widely used by online sellers in Bangladesh, particularly for same city and next day delivery around Dhaka.
Whichever courier you use, the money question is the same: which parcels were delivered, how much cash was collected, and does the settlement that arrived match. That reconciliation is where cash on delivery businesses lose track.
What is actually built

Pathao is configured as a courier in SORS ERP with consignments entered by hand against the shipment. Cash on delivery is reconciled by uploading the settlement statement, and the payout posts to accounts. There is no API integration with Pathao today; that is on the roadmap. Steadfast is the courier that is API integrated.
How to set it up
In order. Each step assumes the one before it.

Add Pathao as a courier
In courier setup, add Pathao and set its shipping classes and the warehouses it serves.

Create the shipment against the order
Record the shipment in the ERP so the parcel is linked to the order and the cash on delivery amount.

Enter the consignment number
Book the parcel in the Pathao panel as usual, then record the consignment number against the shipment.

Upload the settlement statement
When Pathao settles, upload the statement to reconcile the consignments it covers.

Check what did not reconcile
Consignments with no matching settlement line are the ones worth chasing.

Can SORS ERP create a Pathao consignment automatically?
No. Consignments for Pathao are entered by hand against the shipment. API integration is on the roadmap. Steadfast is API integrated today, and we say which is which rather than describing them all as integrations.
How is Pathao cash on delivery reconciled?
By uploading the settlement statement Pathao sends you. The statement is matched against the consignments it covers and the payout posts to accounts, so unsettled parcels stay visible.
