Paperfly courier with SORS ERP
Paperfly is set up as a courier with manual consignment entry, reconciled through statement upload.
Paperfly is used by sellers shipping outside the main cities, where nationwide coverage matters more than same day delivery.
Sellers using more than one courier need each one reconciled separately, because a shortfall against one settlement is a different conversation from a shortfall against another.

Paperfly is configured as a courier in SORS ERP with consignments entered by hand against the shipment, and cash on delivery reconciled by uploading the settlement statement. There is no API integration with Paperfly today; that is on the roadmap.
How to set it up
In order. Each step assumes the one before it.

Add Paperfly as a courier
Set it up in courier setup with its shipping classes and warehouse assignments.

Create the shipment
Record the shipment against the order, including the cash on delivery amount.

Record the consignment number
After booking in the Paperfly panel, enter the consignment number against the shipment.

Upload the settlement statement
Reconcile the consignments the statement covers and post the payout to accounts.

Is Paperfly API integrated?
No. Consignments are entered by hand and cash on delivery is reconciled by statement upload. API integration is on the roadmap. Steadfast is the one courier with an API integration today.
Can I use several couriers at once?
Yes. Couriers are configured separately with their own shipping classes and warehouse assignments, and each is reconciled against its own settlements.
