How implementation and support work
SORS Technology is based in Dhaka. We do not have an office in Rajshahi, and we would rather say so than imply a local presence. Onboarding, data migration and training happen over video call, on site visits are arranged where a project needs them, and support is in Bangla, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 19:00.
The software itself runs in a browser and is hosted on Cloudflare, or on your own server if you prefer, so where your business is does not change what it does. What location changes is how we meet you, and that is worth being straight about before you buy.

Can I compare this season with last season?
Yes. Sales, purchase and stock reports run over any date range, and the custom report builder lets you save the comparison you actually use rather than rebuilding it each year.
Is training available in Bangla?
Yes. Onboarding, training and support are in Bangla. The screens are in English today, with Bangla working throughout as data, on printed invoices and receipts, and in SMS; a Bangla interface is on the roadmap.
