How implementation and support work
SORS Technology is based in Dhaka. We do not have an office in Cumilla, and we would rather say so than imply a local presence. Onboarding, data migration and training happen over video call, on site visits are arranged where a project needs them, and support is in Bangla, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 19:00.
The software itself runs in a browser and is hosted on Cloudflare, or on your own server if you prefer, so where your business is does not change what it does. What location changes is how we meet you, and that is worth being straight about before you buy.

Can deliveries to two cities be tracked separately?
Yes. Shipments carry their courier, warehouse and destination, and courier payments are reconciled per courier, so cash on delivery collected in one city is not mixed up with another.
Is the software suitable for a business with twenty staff?
Yes. Modules are switched on per tenant, so a smaller business runs accounting, stock, sales and payroll without carrying the parts it does not need, and can add modules later without changing systems.
