How implementation and support work
SORS Technology is based in Dhaka, so discovery, data migration and training can happen at your office. Support afterwards is remote, in Bangla, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 19:00.
The software itself runs in a browser and is hosted on Cloudflare, or on your own server if you prefer, so where your business is does not change what it does. What location changes is how we meet you, and that is worth being straight about before you buy.

Do you meet Dhaka businesses in person?
Yes. SORS Technology is based in Dhaka, so discovery, data migration and training sessions can happen at your office. Support afterwards runs remotely on the same hours as the rest of the country, Sunday to Thursday.
Can one system cover several outlets across Dhaka?
Yes. Outlets, warehouses and counters are separate entities in SORS ERP with their own access control, and stock, sales and profit can be reported per outlet or for the business as a whole.
