How implementation and support work
SORS Technology is based in Dhaka. We do not have an office in Chattogram, and we would rather say so than imply a local presence. Onboarding, data migration and training happen over video call, on site visits are arranged where a project needs them, and support is in Bangla, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 19:00.
The software itself runs in a browser and is hosted on Cloudflare, or on your own server if you prefer, so where your business is does not change what it does. What location changes is how we meet you, and that is worth being straight about before you buy.
