ERP software in Mymensingh, built for how business runs here
What businesses in Mymensingh trade in, which parts of an ERP matter most to them, and how implementation and support actually work outside our own office.
Mymensingh is an agricultural centre, with poultry, fisheries and feed among the trades most associated with the region, alongside a substantial district retail and education economy.
Feed, chicks and fish have batches, dates and a supply chain of dealers on credit. The businesses that manage that well tend to be the ones that know, on any given day, what is owed to them and by whom.
SORS Technology works with Mymensingh businesses remotely from Dhaka, with onboarding and training over video call and on site visits by arrangement.
What Mymensingh trades in
Long established local clusters, and the system problem each one has.
-
Poultry, feed and hatchery trade
Batch dated goods sold to dealers on credit, where a due list and a batch record are both operational documents.
-
Fisheries and agricultural produce
Seasonal volume with stock held briefly and sold quickly, and prices that move within a week.
-
District retail and services
Shops, pharmacies and clinics serving a large catchment, with counter takings and staff to manage.
What matters most in Mymensingh
The modules these trades lean on, and why.
-

-
Accounting & Mushak VAT
Party ledgers and aged receivables for dealer credit, with Mushak records produced from the same transactions.
-
SMS & WhatsApp
Due reminders and order updates by SMS in Bangla Unicode, through the gateways that actually deliver here.
-
Sales & Invoicing
Sales orders and delivery challans for goods promised before they move.
How implementation and support work
SORS Technology is based in Dhaka. We do not have an office in Mymensingh, and we would rather say so than imply a local presence. Onboarding, data migration and training happen over video call, on site visits are arranged where a project needs them, and support is in Bangla, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 19:00.
The software itself runs in a browser and is hosted on Cloudflare, or on your own server if you prefer, so where your business is does not change what it does. What location changes is how we meet you, and that is worth being straight about before you buy.
Questions
Answered plainly, including where the answer is no.
Can due reminders go out automatically?
Yes. SMS triggers cover events such as order placed, payment received, delivery and due reminders, and messages send in Bangla Unicode through Bangladeshi gateways rather than an international route.
Do you support businesses outside the divisional cities?
Yes. Everything runs in a browser, so location does not change what the software does. Onboarding and support happen remotely in Bangla, and on site visits are arranged where a project needs them.
