How implementation and support work
SORS Technology is based in Dhaka. We do not have an office in Khulna, and we would rather say so than imply a local presence. Onboarding, data migration and training happen over video call, on site visits are arranged where a project needs them, and support is in Bangla, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 19:00.
The software itself runs in a browser and is hosted on Cloudflare, or on your own server if you prefer, so where your business is does not change what it does. What location changes is how we meet you, and that is worth being straight about before you buy.

How does support work outside Dhaka?
Support runs remotely in Bangla, Sunday to Thursday, with onboarding and training over video call. On site visits are arranged when a project needs them. There is no Khulna office.
