Robi and Airtel SMS gateway with SORS ERP
Robi and Airtel are configured as an SMS gateway for transactional and bulk messages from the ERP.
Robi and Airtel together carry a large share of Bangladeshi mobile subscribers, which makes their gateway a common second route alongside Grameenphone.
Businesses sending high volumes often split traffic between gateways, both for cost and so that a problem at one provider does not stop every message.
What is actually built
Stated plainly, including the parts that are not finished.

Get API credentials and an approved sender ID from the provider.
-

Questions
Answered plainly, including where the answer is no.
Can I switch gateways without rewriting templates?
Yes. Templates and triggers are separate from the gateway configuration, so changing the route does not mean rewriting the messages.
Are delivery failures visible?
Delivery logs record what was sent and what the gateway reported, along with the balance, so failures are visible rather than silent.
