What is F-commerce?
F-commerce is selling through Facebook and Messenger rather than through a website: orders arrive as messages and comments, and are confirmed by conversation.

In Bangladesh
It is a major retail channel here, not a stepping stone to a real store. The difficulty is that orders live in an inbox while stock, dues and courier settlements live somewhere else entirely.
An example
A seller takes 40 orders a day through Messenger. Written into a notebook, stock, dues and courier settlements are reconciled by hand each month. Recorded as sales, the same 40 orders update stock and book couriers as they arrive.
In SORS ERP
Orders taken anywhere can be recorded as sales in SORS ERP so stock, party ledger and courier booking work from one record, and the headless storefront API is there when the same catalogue needs a website too.

Questions
Answered plainly, including where the answer is no.
Do I need a website to sell online in Bangladesh?
No. A great deal of online trade here happens entirely on Facebook and Messenger. A website helps with search visibility and repeat purchase, but the operational problem, which is stock and cash, exists either way.
