The comparison is really between familiarity and fit. Tally is fast for the accountant who knows it and does not produce Mushak forms natively. Biznify is built for Bangladesh, sold as a subscription, and is a newer and smaller product than Tally.

Features on the Bangladesh site include invoicing and accounting, inventory with bill of materials and reorder levels, banking with bank reconciliation, payroll, browser access to reports and sharing invoices on WhatsApp. Mushak forms are not listed for TallyPrime; older Tally.ERP 9 documentation covered the earlier Musak 11 invoice format.

Should I move from Tally to a Bangladeshi cloud ERP?
It depends on what is causing you pain. If it is VAT documentation, local operations or access from more than one place, then yes, the case is strong. If your books are fine and your accountant is fast, the migration cost may not be worth it yet.
Does Biznify include POS and e-commerce?
Biznify publicly lists POS and e-commerce as add-ons to its base plan, along with manufacturing. TallyPrime does not include a retail POS suite or e-commerce. Confirm the current packaging with the vendor.
