ERP software price in Bangladesh (2026): what actually drives the cost

“How much does ERP software cost in Bangladesh?” is the first question most owners ask and the one vendors are slowest to answer. There is a reason: the licence is usually the smallest part of the bill, and the rest depends on your business. This guide breaks the cost into its parts, gives the market ranges that third-party sources published in 2026, and lists the questions that get you a real number from any vendor, including us.

The four buckets

Every ERP bill, however it is presented, is made of four things.

The mistake is to compare vendors on the first row only. A cheap licence with a two-month implementation and no local support costs more than a dearer licence that goes live in three weeks with someone answering the phone.

Per-user or per-module pricing

Vendors price in one of three ways, and each suits a different business.

• Per user per month. Common for cloud ERP. Predictable and it scales with headcount, but it gets expensive if every counter staff member needs a login. Ask whether POS terminals count as users.
• Per module. You pay for accounting, inventory and POS, and add payroll later. Good when your needs are narrow; watch for modules that only work in pairs.
• Per company or tier. A flat price for a business of your size, often with user and branch limits, with a jump to the next tier when you grow. Simple, but check what triggers the jump.

Many vendors mix these: a base subscription that includes core modules and a number of users, with add-ons for POS, e-commerce or HR. Get the total for your actual user list and module list, in writing, for year one and year two.

What the market charges

Third-party blogs and price comparisons published in 2026 give the following broad ranges for Bangladesh. Treat them as orientation, not quotes.

For named vendors: Biznify’s website lists cloud plans from about ৳12,000 per year and ৳15,000 to ৳40,000 per year for small businesses, according to the vendor’s own blog. TallyPrime is listed by third parties at roughly ৳35,000 per year per machine, though it is accounting software rather than a full ERP. Troyee and PrismERP are quote based. Costs people forget

• Data migration. Cleaning five years of item and customer lists takes days of someone’s time, yours or the vendor’s.
• Hardware. Barcode printers, scanners, receipt printers, a UPS for the counter, a ZKTeco device for attendance.
• SMS credits. Order confirmations and due reminders are charged per message by the gateway, not by the ERP vendor.
• Customisation. A special invoice layout or a commission rule is development work; get it quoted separately and specified in writing.
• Your own time. Two to four weeks of the owner’s and accountant’s attention during implementation is normal.
• Downtime. Not a fee, but a cost: choose a go-live date outside Eid season and away from month end.

Questions to ask a vendor

1. What is the total for my user list and module list for year one, and for year two?
2. Is implementation fixed price or hourly, and what exactly does it include?
3. How many training sessions, on site or remote, and in Bangla if my staff need that?
4. What are the support hours, and is there a phone number or only a ticket system?
5. Are Mushak 6.3, 6.1 and the return summary included or an add-on?
6. What happens to the price when I add an outlet or ten users?
7. How do I export all my data if I leave?
8. What is the notice period, and are price increases capped?
9. Is there a live customer I can call?
10. Which of the features shown are live today and which are on the roadmap?

Any vendor who cannot answer the last question plainly is selling a roadmap. Write the answers down and attach them to the contract.
